I bring decades (gasp!) of experience in a variety of industries and roles. My experience in training solutions, manufacturing, insurance and telecommunications gives me a broad background in communicating with employees and leaders at all levels and aligning actions with business outcomes.
As you may have guessed, I am a self-proclaimed Gallup geek and also a Gallup certified Strengths coach. I am a Prosci certified Change Management Practitioner, a professional member of ATD, actively involved locally in the Human Resources Association of the Midlands (HRAM) and the Omaha Organizational Development Network (ODN).
My husband and I along with our not-so-little Yorkie live near the bougiest small town in Nebraska. My passions, in addition to Gallup CliftonStrengths, are horses, reading, hiking, snow skiing (not in Nebraska), shopping, exercising, and spending quality time with my pride and joy - my daughter!
